This intensive two-week residential programme offered by the Building Bridges programme of the Graduate School of Development Policy and Practice (GSDPP) was held in Cape Town, South Africa, from 5th – 17th March 2017. This programme is intended for midcareer professionals from South Africa, and other African countries including Ethiopia, Ghana, Senegal, Tanzania and Zambia.
